Katie Leung Takes A Dive For Harry Potter
"Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" wasn't just Katie Leung's first film — it was her first acting experience, ever. Considering that the film grossed more than $200 million in its first 10 days, it's not a bad break for a novice. The Scottish-born Chinese actress — who plays Cho Chang, Harry's first crush, in the film — faced some challenges when she had to learn to scuba dive for the film, plunging into a tank that was 30 feet deep. Though she escaped with just a minor injury, Leung calls the experience "really terrifying." Scuba diving aside, Leung may face an even bigger challenge in the next Harry Potter movie: when she goes from being Harry's first crush to his first kiss. » Back |
